Food Routine

This is generally how my food intake goes on a day-to-day basis:

  • 8am - 1 Liter of Water: w/ lemon, sea salt, msm (sometimes)

  • 10am - 16 ounces (or so) of Green Juice: celery, kale, spinach, 1 apple
     
  • 1pm - 32 ounces of Elixir Magic: Tea Blend + Brazil Nut Milk + Chia Seeds + Super Food Mix (Green Powder, Maca, Hemp Protien) - Big thanks to Daniel Vitalis for this combination understanding

  • 7pm - Big Kale Salad: Massaged kale (flax oil, cucumber, tomatoes, avocados, olives, and hemp seeds

Throw in some snacks of tea, apples, avocados, sprouted almonds, durian or other seasonal stuff.
